I am a Multifaceted Creative and Holistic Movement Coach based in East London. I love building things with my hands, laughing with my whole body, and creating a safe, loving space for all my clients and students.
Roots in Spiritual Practices
Growing up, I was influenced by both of my family's spiritual backgrounds. My mother's side, Afro-Dominican with Arawak ancestry, instilled in me the importance of honing intuition and passed down generations-old practices for self-healing and guiding others.

Contrastingly, my father's side centred their beliefs around parapsychology, philosophy, and mysticism through the ancient Greek and Egyptian cultures. This unique combination, in addition to the development of my own holistic practice, has provided me with a solid foundation in holistic healing, somatic movement and ecstatic living.
Professional Performance Journey
My professional dance & acting journey has been diverse and exciting. I have had the privilege of working as a supporting lead on productions that have made their way to Amazon & Netlix. Along with jobs for Vodaphone and Spotify as a lead dancer, touring internationally with leading Afro and Latin artists, and teaching classes in commercial Latin/Reggaeton, commercial, hip hop, and flow.
Holistic Approach
Over time, I have integrated the use of flow and mindful connection to the body and spirit during my classes and workshops. By tapping into traditional aspects of my heritage, I bring intuition-driven sessions to connect with my students on a deeper level.

I believe the holistic space should be for all people, no matter their background - this is a fundamental part of my coaching.

My aim is to help people feel embodied, empowered, ecstatic, and build a higher sense of self worth through my sessions.

My methodology finds itself at the intersection of Mind, Body, and Spirit.

It stems from my 7+ years experience working in the industry as a dancer, and how many years I, and many of my friends & fellow creatives were forced into the “hustle” mindset. Not having enough spaces to integrate our knowledge, build self esteem & work through negative ideologies.

My Holistic Movement training always looks inward at strengthening the Mind, Spirit & Self first, then expands into dance, somatics, & ecstatic movement.

Introducing elements of breath work, meditation, affirmation & journaling as a first step - to ensure we look at taking care of the self as a priority.

We learn sequences that help us slow down and learn to listen to our own bodies & spirit. Turning our attention to the power & beauty of movement, and the divinity of self.

These elements are always interlaced with looking at foundational elements such as alignment, flexibility & strength, expanding outwards into moving meditations, building confidence, sacred sensuality, hip/chest/spine work, the beauty of energy moving through our fingertips, and plenty more.

So… what is The Holistic Movement Course?

It is a six week course to help empower you to find your own strength, fullness, divinity and beauty of life using different movement, somatic, and meditative techniques.

Okay, but who is it for?

The Holistic Movement Course is for anyone looking to reconnect with their body! It is open to any one, from any background (dancer, mover or not!) as long as you are 18+.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 6 x 90 minute in person sessions with a specially designed syllabus to aid in aligning our MIND, BODY & SPIRIT. 

  • An in-depth plan to aid you with exercises in between sessions.

  • A curated playlist to be used for solo practice with contributions by all participants.

  • A complimentary 60 minute 1:1 virtual coaching session post course.

  • The opportunity to connect with other like minded individuals who are also embarking on a growth journey

  • Direct contact during the course / coaching period for support via WhatsApp.

WITH ADDITIONAL OPTIONS FOR:

  • A physical course journal to dedicate to your growth & solo practice during the course.

  • Additional 1:1 coaching (in person / virtual)
